Went for a course today and Irene Ang(Rosie from Phua Chu Kang) was a damn great trainer.She was not boring at all and i really enjoyed the course. Anyway at the end of the course she showed us this video which i think its very very inspirational but sad. It shows this man without any limbs giving a talk in a school and he sends such a strong msg.Just wanna share it with everyone i know and moral of the story never give up!
